RENEW YOUR PASSPORT ONLINE
The State Department announced that you can now renew your passport online. This does not apply for expedited service. Some countries require that your passport have at least six months of validity beyond the dates of your trip. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met. So check your expedition date before you book your trip.
TRAVELING TO OR THRU THE EUROPEAN UNION? NEW AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED IN FALL 2026
ETIAS is the new travel authorisation for visa-exempt travelers to enter 30 European countries. Like the UK, there will be a system established for the European Union starting in Fall 2026

Attention U.S. and Canadian travelers! A significant change has come which affects your UK travel plans.
The United Kingdom has implemented its new Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) system for all U.S. and Canadian passport holders entering or transiting through the UK.
The UK ETA is a digital travel permission that is required for visa-exempt travelers, including Americans and Canadians, who wish to visit or transit through the United Kingdom. Be sure to allow up to three business days for processing.
